What these terms cover
These terms apply to the public Vynce website at tryvynce.tech, including its illustrative previews, published materials and early-access waitlist. The site is operated by VYNCE LLC, a California company.
Vynce is in development. This website does not currently provide a live voice assistant, access to connected accounts, automated computer actions, paid subscriptions or a generally available agent product. New services, if launched, may require additional terms and disclosures.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt its availability or the experience of others. Do not attempt to bypass security measures, interfere with the waitlist, impersonate another person, submit malicious code, or harvest information through unauthorized automated access.
We may limit access to protect the service or respond to suspected misuse, subject to applicable law.
Early-access interest
Joining the waitlist records interest in a future product. It does not create an account, guarantee early access, reserve a place in a specific release, begin a subscription or constitute a purchase. No payment is collected through the current waitlist.
Provide an email address you control and only information you are comfortable sharing. We may contact you about early access and product updates according to the choices recorded on the form and our Privacy Notice.
Demonstrations and planned capabilities
Examples, animations, sample conversations, architecture diagrams, pricing and workflow descriptions illustrate intentions and may change or never launch. They are not promises of features, third-party integrations, interoperability, availability, performance or a launch date.
Third-party service names used to describe proposed integrations do not imply endorsement or an existing partnership.
Website content and feedback
The Vynce name, website design, written materials, and other original content are owned by VYNCE LLC or their respective rights holders, except where otherwise indicated. You may browse and share links to public pages but may not misrepresent our content as yours.
If you voluntarily send product feedback, you allow us to use and consider it to improve Vynce without an obligation to implement your ideas or compensate you. Do not submit confidential material, private credentials, or sensitive information through the public waitlist.
Other websites and providers
Links to LinkedIn, technical documentation, and other websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms, policies and practices. VYNCE LLC does not control their operation.
Availability and limitations
This is an early-stage informational website provided on an “as available” basis. We work to maintain a functional website, but access may be interrupted and the previews may contain inaccuracies. To the extent allowed by applicable law, VYNCE LLC disclaims implied warranties regarding the website and its illustrative content.
Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. This provision does not apply to any future paid product agreement, which would require separate terms.
Applicable law and changes
These website terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of California, United States, subject to any mandatory rights that apply in your location. We may update the terms as the site changes; the updated version and date will appear here. Significant changes to an eventual live product may require additional notice or agreement.
